seanmarkovich.com is operated by Sean Markovich, a digital marketing service in Israel ("we"). This page explains what information we collect, why, and your rights.

Information collected on this website

When you fill in a form or quiz, we store what you enter: name, phone number and your answers. When you tap the WhatsApp button, we receive your phone number and your message. We use this only to contact you about the service you asked for. It is kept in our customer management system, and a notification goes to me and to our sales representative. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and which ads brought them. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Internal Google Ads tool (Sean Markovich Ads)

We manage Google Ads campaigns for our clients, with their permission, in accounts they have shared with us. To report to them, our internal tool reads performance data from the Google Ads API: account and campaign names, cost, impressions, clicks and conversions.

• Read-only. The tool does not change anything in any account.
• Internal use only. It is used for client reports and our own monitoring. It is not offered to the public and has no outside users.
• Not shared. Data is stored on our own computer. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising.
• Retention: up to 13 months, or until the client asks us to delete it.
• Revoking access: at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security and changes

Information is kept in systems with restricted access. If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
